Account & Data Deletion
Last updated: July 7, 2026
You have the right to request deletion of your MintCast account and all associated personal data. This page explains what gets deleted, what may be retained for legal reasons, and how to submit your request.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to our support team with the following details:
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include: The email address associated with your MintCast account so we can verify your identity and locate your data.
We will respond to confirm receipt of your request and may ask for additional verification before proceeding.
What Gets Deleted
Upon verification, we will permanently delete:
- Account Details: Your email address, business name, and password.
- Captured & Uploaded Content: All screenshots, screen recordings, and images you captured or uploaded through the MintCast app or dashboard.
- Screen & Device Associations: All paired screens and device records linked to your account.
- Login Sessions: All active and historical authentication sessions.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited billing and transaction records where required by law, including for:
- Legal, tax, and accounting obligations
- Fraud prevention and dispute resolution
Such records are retained only for as long as required by the applicable legal period and are not used for any other purpose. Payment processing records held by Stripe are subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Timeframe
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of verifying your identity, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
Self-Service Deletion
We are building self-service account deletion directly into the MintCast app and dashboard. Until that feature is available, all deletion requests are handled manually via email as described above.
